Notarial negotiation and valuation

Valuation and sale by the firm: entrusting the sale of your property to your notaire means legal certainty and support from start to finish.

Our negotiation department helps you value your property and put it up for sale. The notaire’s involvement provides legal certainty from the moment the property is put on the market.

Valuation, advertising and follow-up through to signing: a single contact person for the whole transaction.
