The breakdown
Four items, one single estimate.

Duties and taxes
Paid over to the State and local authorities. This is by far the largest share.

Sums paid out on your behalf: planning documents, surveyor, managing agent.

Regulated fees (émoluments)
The notaire’s remuneration, set by decree and identical throughout France.
