The French notaire
A public official at your side.
In France, a notaire is a public official appointed by the Minister of Justice. The notaire drafts and authenticates property sale deeds, settles estates, records gifts and marriage contracts, and advises families and businesses. Notaires’ fees for most of these acts are set by law.
Our first meeting is used to understand your situation and to tell you clearly what is possible.
Our foreign desk
We assist international buyers and sellers throughout the process, in English.
